IPE believes in the quality of manpower trained by it. This means after completion of training program each trainee must possess the minimum skills required for handling job responsibilities. Therefore, at the end of the each training program, IPE conducts a written exam to assess the skills of the trainee in which objective questions from all the modules covered by the program will be set.

Depending upon the result of such exam, IPE awards the Certificate of Achievement stating the grade achieved by the students. However, students have to score a minimum marks in order to qualify for Certificate of Achievement.
